Shipping Courier

All orders are shipped using J&T Express Malaysia to ensure reliable and timely delivery throughout Malaysia.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

West Malaysia

  • Approximately 1–5 business days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • Approximately 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight of the order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or the contact information provided during checkout.

Customers can track their shipment directly through J&T Express using the tracking number provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

SXC WORLD will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Incorrect contact numbers

  • Failure to receive the parcel

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is believed to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel or the expected delivery date.

We will work with J&T Express to investigate the matter and provide assistance where possible.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, SXC WORLD is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Customs inspections (if applicable)

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
