1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • FPX Online Banking via ToyyibPay

  • Atome Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

3. Can I pay using Atome?

Yes. Eligible customers can choose Atome during checkout and split their payments according to Atome’s terms and conditions.

4. Why was my Atome application rejected?

Atome approval is subject to their internal assessment and eligibility criteria. SXC WORLD cannot influence or guarantee approval.

5. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation after successful payment.

6. Can I modify my order after payment?

Please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

8. Are all prices shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are in MYR.

Shipping & Delivery

9. Which courier service do you use?

We use J&T Express Malaysia for all deliveries.

10. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

11. How long does delivery take?

  • West Malaysia: 1–5 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–10 business days

12. Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?

Yes, we ship throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

13. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

14. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

15. What happens if nobody is available to receive the parcel?

Please follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection arrangements.

16. What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Contact us if the delay is unusually long.

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

20. Will sold-out items be restocked?

Restocking depends on product availability and demand.

Returns & Exchanges

23. Can I return a product?

Returns are only accepted for size exchange requests under our Return & Exchange Policy.

24. Can I get a refund?

No. All purchases are final and refunds are not permitted.

25. Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days after delivery, subject to our policy terms.

26. Do I need an unboxing video?

Yes. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.

27. What happens if I do not have an unboxing video?

Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

28. Can I exchange a product because I changed my mind?

No. Exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, or personal preference are not accepted.

29. Who pays for the shipping cost when exchanging a size?

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges.

30. How do I request a size exchange?

Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your parcel and provide your order details together with the required unboxing video.
