No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are strictly not allowed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Delayed delivery by the courier

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exchange for Wrong Size Only

We only accept exchanges for size-related issues.

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The purchased item does not fit due to size issues.

  • The exchange request is submitted within 3 days from the date the parcel is marked as delivered.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a size exchange, customers must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened.

  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Return the item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

The video must:

  • Start before the parcel is opened.

  • Clearly show the parcel condition and shipping label.

  • Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • Clearly display the product received.

Failure to provide a complete unboxing video may result in the exchange request being rejected.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Exchange requests submitted after the 3-day period

  • Products without a valid unboxing video

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process unless otherwise agreed by SXC WORLD.

Right to Reject Requests

SXC WORLD reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
